The kids learned about measuring and the teacher had a great idea to teach them the concept; they put together a recipe for chocolate chip cookies.
At the end of the lesson, the kids took the mixture home for us to bake and to see how they turned out. The results were great, soft and moist, not too salty and a good texture. My only critizism is not enough chocolate chips!!
Gordon Ramsey would have been proud.
